AvtekSign - new content management system in our offer

Avtek expands its offering with AvtekSign – a Polish Digital Signage (CMS) system for managing content on screens. It allows users to prepare, plan, publish, and modify messages displayed on monitors in stores, offices, schools, hotels, and manufacturing plants in a single panel. The solution complements the Avtek DS (information monitors) and Avtek TS (interactive monitors) screen offerings, creating a comprehensive solution: hardware + software + technical support.

AvtekSign acts as a CMS system for distributing content on monitors. It allows you to operate screens from a browser, build playlists, schedules, and multizone layouts, as well as manage multiple locations and a large number of screens in a single console. The system can also work offline – materials are stored locally in the player/monitor, so playback does not stop in case of network problems.

Step-by-step implementation of AvtekSign

First, connect the screen – Avtek DS works best, as it is ready to be used as an information monitor right out of the box. AvtekSign also works with external players and platforms: Android, Windows, Raspberry Pi, BrightSign, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS.

Next, connect the device to the internet – either wired or via Wi-Fi; the device is recognized by the system.

Then log in to the AvtekSign panel – one account is enough to view and control the entire network of screens.

Add content and start broadcasting – upload videos, graphics, PDFs, web pages, presentations, streaming (and other content), set a schedule, and publish; updates appear on screens very quickly.
