In the DS2 98 model, we managed to reduce the weight by as much as 15 kilograms compared to its predecessor (from 69.9 kg to 54 kg), which radically streamlines the installation and servicing process. The evolution also included the external design – the screen bezels have been narrowed to just 18 mm. Thanks to this change, the successor to the DS series looks exceptionally modern, allowing viewers to fully focus on the presented 4K content.

We are pleased to announce a significant change to the warranty terms for AVTEK products. Starting now, the ONE-TO-ONE warranty procedure is being extended to all AVTEK products covered by the Standard Warranty Terms.
The decision to expand the ONE-TO-ONE program stems from our complete confidence in the quality of our products. AVTEK equipment is designed and tested for reliable, long-term operation in demanding environments. This allows us to fully stand behind the quality of our solutions and provide users with tangible support throughout the after-sales stage.
What is changing?
Under the new regulations, the ONE-TO-ONE replacement mode can now be applied to all AVTEK products covered by the Standard Warranty.
Previously, the ONE-TO-ONE procedure applied exclusively to AVTEK interactive displays. Extending it to the entire product portfolio is a natural step resulting from the high-quality standards we apply during the design, production, and quality control of our devices.
When do the new rules take effect?
The new regulations come into force on February 12, 2026, which is the date of their publication.
The new ONE-TO-ONE rules also apply to products purchased before this date, provided that the service request is submitted after February 12, 2026. Service requests accepted before February 12, 2026, will be processed under the rules in effect at the time of their submission.
What does the ONE-TO-ONE mode mean?
The ONE-TO-ONE procedure involves replacing a defective product with a functioning unit, eliminating the need to wait for standard service repairs. This solution minimizes device downtime and ensures greater continuity of use.
Expanding the ONE-TO-ONE mode to all AVTEK products confirms our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and our readiness to take full responsibility for our equipment at every stage of its lifecycle.
