VIDIS SA collects and processes personal data in connection with:
provision of maintenance services;
the sale of products and services through the B2B system, including order processing and customer contact;
marketing activities undertaken;
establishing contact through forms available on the websites;
established business relationships;
conducted recruitment processes.
VIDIS SA collects and processes personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. Depending on the purpose and the legal basis for collecting and processing personal data, VIDIS SA may collect and process the following data, among others:

Once an objection has been lodged, VIDIS SA will not be able to process personal data based on the aforementioned grounds for processing unless it demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for the establishment, assertion and defense of claims.
If VIDIS SA processes your data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to the processing of your data by VIDIS SA for direct marketing purposes.
